Job description
Our Central Billing Office is looking for a full time employee who will provide customer service and support to our patients. The successful candidate will be responsive to patient inquiries regarding their billing.
Primary duties will include but are not limited to the following:
• Answers telephone inquiries promptly
• Documents all interactions accurately and ensures a satisfactory resolution
• Responds to voicemails in a timely manner
• Hours are 8:00 - 4:30
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Customer service experience.
• Broad knowledge of computer software; Cerner experience a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Fast learner who is able to multi-task
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Ability to work as part of a cohesive team; display professionalism when interacting with patients, co-workers, and other customers
