Patient Call Center Representative

Due to growth, we are looking for a Patient Call Center Personnel for a very busy Cardiology Office located in Schaumburg, Oak Park and Chicago. Successful candidate will be reliable, detail oriented, and have the ability to accurately handle a high volume of work in a fast paced environment with compassion, patience, and a positive attitude. Cooperation to meet the caller's needs is essential. Job duties include but are not limited to: • Answering telephones, scheduling patient appointments, and directing calls to appropriate areas. • Data entry, patient recall and general clerical duties. Requirements: • Customer service and phone etiquette are a must. • EMR experience and familiarity with various insurance companies helpful. Full time position. Gujarati, Hindi, Polish and/or Spanish speaking a bonus.
