Job Description
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will assist our customers via inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment. CSR must be available to work between the hours of 8:00 am - 7:00 pm on Monday - Thursday and 8:00 am - 5:00 pm on Friday.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls, e-mail and messages from customers
- Researching solutions, reviewing options and troubleshooting issues
- Update billing information along with personal information
- Activating contracts, processing change requests to accounts, follow-up on past due payments
- Documenting information into a client system to track customer interactions and solutions
Minimum Qualifications
- 1 year of continuous experience in a call center
- High School Diploma/GED Required; college degree preferred
- Accurate data entry proficiency
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and follow-up skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work with numerical data
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Proper spelling and grammar usage
- High comfort level with technology
- Excellent time management skills, self-motivated
- Positive, team-first attitude
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
- This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, and filing cabinets. The noise level is moderate.
- This is a largely sedentary role and sitting will be required for long periods of time
- Standing, lifting, reaching, bending, stooping will be frequently required

- You must have a quiet, dedicated workspace, with no distractions
- Reliable internet connection of 50Mbps

Compensation range: $16.00-$16.50/hour
