Patient Coordinator/Assistant Manager

Due to our Beverly Hills style treatments and therapies we have quickly grown to our second location and now looking at a 3rd and 4th locations, becoming one of the leaders in aesthetics and HRT clinics. Summary
As a Practice Assistant Manager and Sales consultant, you will oversee and asssist the manager all aspects of the clinics operations, including delivering clinic sales through education, profitability goals, training/developing all clinic personal, scheduling management, inventory control. Providing and ensuring an upscale atmosphere while providing the very best customer service and client care. Need to adhere to all policies and procedures and compliance with in accordance with state regulations as well as Osha and hippa.
-Ensure the clinic makes budgeted goals
-Establish clear goals and objectives for staff-Manage clinic inventories
-Manage reports and updates to Manager/Director on all aspects of clinic operations and productivity
-Assist in Training all staff on medical and non-medical aspects of the job
-Provide ongoing coaching, support and performance feedback
-Schedule all clinics personal; ensure proper coverage during operating hours and optimal productivity of the staff
-Monitor clinic performance and ensuring the that clinic is maximized and sales goals are achieved
-Provide marketing suggestions and feedback to Director-Conduct patient consultations, effective in developing and recommending additional treatments, maximizing all marketing efforts
-Fill all positions with high quality talent-Leading employees in floor leadership skills/customer service/patient safety and care- assists the staff in a professional manner to foster and promote a cooperative work environment-Work closely with Director weekly to ensure goals are set and met as well as marketing objectives
Experience Required
College education preferred
Experience in the medical services and retail industry strongly preferred
Licensing a plus
Proven ability to attract, retain, manage and develop strong teams
Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectations, goals and delegate
Ability to create an upscale environment and the best possible customer care
