Patient Financial Representative

Job description

We are currently hiring for a Patient Financial Representative! Duties will consist of; answering phone calls from patients, explaining EOB's and setting up payment plans. Seeking a candidate that is comfortable on the phones and looking for longevity!

Pay Rate: $17-21/hr

Location: Robbinsdale, MN

Requirements:

• Insurance or Medical billing experience
• Unmatched customer service skills

• Customer Service experience
• Reliability
