Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to patients who qualify for Medicare Medication Therapy Management Services on behalf of their health plan. • Receive inbound calls from patients pertaining in administering medication therapy. • Coordinate clinical services between MedWatchers pharmacists and patients. • Demonstrates positive interactions with patients involving patient medications. • Practice confidential data pertaining to patients health information. • Utilize multiple platforms to provide a seamless experience for the patient.
