About the Role:

As our Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' initial experiences with Paystone are nothing short of exceptional. From the moment a new account comes on board, you'll take the reins, guiding them through the onboarding process until they're confidently processing transactions with our products. Your responsibilities will include managing accounts from handover from our sales team to deployment of terminals and beyond, ensuring a smooth journey every step of the way.

Responsibilities

  • Configure new client instances with Paystone's suite of products
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external sales teams to ensure accurate and timely application processing
  • Comprehend and submit merchant applications to the acquirer, ensuring prompt processing with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Maintain meticulous records in Salesforce and other platforms
  • Liaise with underwriters and relationship managers to facilitate smooth onboarding processes
  • Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the onboarding journey, troubleshooting as needed
  • Document and knowledge share across the onboarding team with new processes, important information and updates
  • Keep the onboarding playbook updated with the latest processes and information

Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to gather and analyze information effectively
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Experience in payments, loyalty, or POS fields preferred
