What you'll be doing:

Serve as a point of contact for AR and Patient Call Center departments as well as Offshore partners, as necessary, to resolve any payment posting issues to guarantee timely resolution to unposted payments.

• Maintain Payment Posting Research/Cross workflow ETM View

• Maintain Rejection Open/Hold ETM view to reduce the inventory in unapplied accounts.

• Correct any posting errors received in the ETM view accurately.

• Work Unapplied via Smartsheet and complete by deadlines assigned.

• Escalate any issues to Cash Application Supervisor.

• Work and maintain all ETM views associated with Payment Posting Specialist.

• Post all payments and adjustments to accounts accurately and timely.

• Meet or exceed daily production standards/goals as set by the Cash Application Supervisor

• Identify and communicate any posting errors to Offshore Partners ensuring batch proof and deposit amount balance.

Who/What we are looking for:

• You have a High School Diploma or GED

• You have 2 or more years payment posting experience.

• You are extremely detail oriented and organized, a self-starter capable of tracking deadlines and meeting goals.

• You can work autonomously and as a team member, with little supervision required once goals are assigned.

• You have Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• You have problem solving, multi-tasking and critical thinking abilities.

• You have experience with 10-key by touch - 10,000 kph minimum.
