We are looking for a team member to join our Payments Review Department.

 What you’ll be spending your time on:  

• Monitor all incoming and outgoing payments to our Account holders
• Investigate source of funds and identify red flags regarding the customers activity
• Apply sound decision making, review payments and services with compliance and risk considerations
• Perform Compliance investigation and analysis
• Detect suspicious or fraudulent behavior patterns by using sophisticated in-house built monitoring systems
• Contact end users and report to internal and external providers while maintaining operational SLAs, and work closely with other teams, groups, and departments to support the development of compliance-related tools.

• Mother Tongue level English - writing, reading, and speaking

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to make timely decisions, at times with uncertainty
• Flexible hours (working across the globe)
• Degree in Business Management, Economics, or a related field (not a must)

Not a must but a great advantage:  

• Experience in the world of online payments riskcompliance
• Additional languages: Chinese
