The iPay Payments Support team provides customer and payment support for our clients, their customers, and members. Payment operations provides support and relationship management and support of vendors. As a Payments Support Representative, you will use your knowledge and skills to research and resolve issues related to payment processing, payment methods, payment returns, and customer inquiries. This position serves as a subject matter expert in one or more specific areas and assists in resolving more complex payment issues. This position is required to work onsite in a hybrid setting at our Louisville KY, location due to the secure nature of the work and the complexity and hands on nature of the payment processing process 2-3 days a week. This position will work 9:00 am -5:30 pm Eastern Monday - Friday.

What you'll be responsible for:

• Providing product support for customer inquiries received through a variety of different means.

• Thoroughly documenting issues and resolutions per corporate standards and forwarding product issues to our development team. • Preforming expedited check printing, ensuring accuracy, and prepared for shipment. • Processing necessary refunds as needed. • Handling tasks that can include conversions, prospecting, ePayments, and providing quality assurance on scrub files, and check printing operations. • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:

• Must have at least 2 years of experience in one of the following areas: payment operations and processing, payment technology, back office banking operations that includes research and balancing. • Must have excellent communication skills and be customer and team oriented. • Must be well organized with the ability to multi-task.
