Responsibilities
IGT is seeking a Payment Services Support Intern to join our Cashless Payments Team based in Providence, RI. In this position, you will gain exposure into all aspects of the Cashless Payments operations including Funds Management, Risk Management, and Data Analytics. Position is based in Providence, RI and is hybrid.
- Assist with optimizing the existing report pulling/depository process using various web-based portals including but not limited to payment service providers, banking, and KYC (Know Your Customer)
- Assist management with an audit of existing reports, financial statements, and procedural documents
- Assist management with building procedural collateral including process documents, guides, PowerPoints, etc. through observation, documentation, and revision
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations related to Payment Services Team activities
- Assist Payment Services Team with ad hoc projects, as needed
Qualifications
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint
- A team player who enjoys researching and has a strong desire to learn
- Personal energy to proactively address situations and follow a positive approach, resilience in front of change and obstacles
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand business needs and interact at all levels of the business
- Analytical, well organized, and detail-oriented
- Passion for understanding and conquering the unknown
- Must be able to work 20 hours or more per week

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The hourly rate is $19.50. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
