Deluxe is excited to offer a paid Summer Internship Program for students seeking a challenging, meaningful and supportive internship experience as a member of our Payments Business and Product team. This opportunity will introduce you to payments industry, the worlds of business management, product management, and emerging technology, combined with the cross-functional, collaborative working environment of the modern business professional. It will give you the chance to apply your skills in a real-world and fast paced business environment.

Our growth-oriented company and forward-looking business and product team is dedicated to finding opportunities to grow our business, with which you'll be deeply involved, while also providing you with valuable learning opportunities as you share your ideas, creativity, and recommendations with the team and senior leaders. Specifically, we're looking for you to:

• Participate on a small team of interns to undertake a Capstone project, directed by our team of experienced professionals, coordinating related task and researching opportunities, including technical, business, and product topics.
• Participate in Human Centered Design, Product Innovation, Business Strategy, and Business Case Development
• Contribute to technology transformation strategies
• Develop and leverage an understanding of departments that work in tandem with the business
• Uncover drivers for positive corporate culture and enhanced communication throughout the organization
• Gain professional development through manager interaction, peer counseling, mentoring, and executive interactions

Program Details:

• 10 week paid assignment.
• In person orientation on Day 1 including a tour of the site, overview of the company and welcome message from senior leaders.
• Professional development from dedicated program manager and peer mentors.
• Small, selective program that allows for more focused attention and support.
• Interaction with leaders across multiple business units and functions
• Full commitment from senior leadership to ensure the program is challenging, meaningful and supportive.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors in progress in Business, Marketing, Economics, Management Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Sound analytical and critical thinking skills with a strategic mindset.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Powerpoint and Excel
• Strong oran and written communication skills

• Self-motivated individual who is focused and results oriented.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a small team
