Job Summary:Â
The Payments Manager is responsible for the ongoing management of all payment processor and alternate payment method relationships, reporting on metrics and trends and proactively identifying issues and opportunities to improve payment processing. Other responsibilities will include supporting Sr. Director, Treasury & Risk Management, with new payment method implementations.Â
Job Expectations:
- Partner and collaborate across multiple stakeholders (including Marketing, IT, Product, A/R, Fraud) payment consultant and processors to scope, influence, and drive implementation of new payment methods.
- Identify the optimal payment methods for our global footprint to meet the needs of customers in our local markets.
- Manage current relationships with all payment processors; facilitate quarterly business reviews.
- Design and monitor KPI’s to optimize performance of existing payment methods, ensuring proper routing.
- Analyze monthly payment processing fees to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies with processors.
- Stay informed of payment industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies.
- Participate in any other treasury or ad hoc finance projects.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Required:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
- Strong understanding of end-to-end payments processing, including payment methods – card and wallet based payments, card networks and rules, acquiring and processing, and the regulatory environment
- Strong financial modeling experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and effectively meet deadlines in fast paced environment
Equipment Knowledge:
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
- Experience with Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) preferred
Experience Requirements:
- Requires a minimum of 7+ years in international ecommerce payment processing
Education Requirements:Â
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience.

Anticipated Pay Scale:
$85,000—$173,775 USD
