The Opportunity
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, HSN Payments, Manager Payments Marketing will lead HSN's payment marketing team, which consists of strategy of payment initiatives driving: sales growth and customer loyalty within the HSN's Card private label credit card portfolio, HSN's gift card portfolio, and our alternative forms of payment. You will lead a team that is responsible for execution of mass and targeted acquisition/lifecycle marketing roles and responsibilities. The Manager will work cross-functionally with key internal and external stakeholders to strategically plan and execute marketing strategies.

This team primary focus is management and strategic vision for existing payment methods, including the credit card program (HSN Card), Gift Card program and future/potential alternative payment types.
Your Impact
- Oversee and ensure successful execution of payment marketing campaigns driving profitable growth of the HSN PLCC portfolio, gift card programs and AFOP programs
- Drive strategy of targeted and mass customer acquisition/lifecycle campaigns across multiple channels
- Optimize the HSN Card, Gift Card and Alternative Payments (AFOP) acquisition and lifecycle marketing calendars ensuring that campaigns are driving incremental sales and profitable customer acquisition
- Ensure close partnership with Testing and Analytics teams to test/implement programs for profitable growth within key segments/channels.
- Lead cross-acceptance PLCC marketing across partner brands.
- Analyze and measure monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing campaign result.
- Partner with Finance, Legal and other cross functional teams to inform and track performance of mass and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Cultivate bank marketing partnership to ensure alignment in marketing strategy.
- Lead meetings with Synchrony Bank, Gift Card and AFOP partners to discuss Marketing plans, new products, resolve open issues and provide progress updates.
- Integrate customer surveys, insights and campaign performance into future marketing plans and activities.
- Oversee and mentor the Specialist - Payment Marketing team member with training and tactical execution of marketing initiatives, career development, etc.
- Amend marketing plan/timelines through close coordination with the HSN Manager of Payments Operations resulting from projects enhancing the HSN technology platforms
What You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
- 5+ years in Marketing, Retail, E-Commerce, Payments/Financing Marketing, Credit Card Loyalty programs or other business related field with a concentration in Marketing/Advertising.
- Lifecycle marketing experience (mass and targeted).
- Strong understanding of the rapidly changing payment ecosystem, banking/financial landscape and/or lifecycle marketing.
- Highly strategic thinker providing thought leadership and vision in developing short and long term plans/roadmaps.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven executive communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Experience negotiating with and managing external vendors/partners
- Prior project management / program management experience within the payments/banking/financial field is strongly preferred.
Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
