We’re looking for an experienced Payer Enrollment Specialist who is passionate about improving the landscape for mental healthcare. In this role, you will be responsible for rapidly approaching payers to obtain new group enrollment contracts, quickly submitting new applications, following up on status and escalating as needed to overcome barriers. You will play a key role in getting our group in-network with some of the country’s largest health plans. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is well seasoned in the payer enrollment space and is looking to take on more responsibility.
You’d be a great fit if you…
- You’re a payer enrollment expert. You’ve enrolled with payors in multiple states before, and you meet the following requirements:
- At least three plus years’ experience obtaining and maintaining in-network contracts / enrollments with private and public payers.
- Proficient understanding of payer and provider enrollment functions and processes.
- Securing and loading all contracted fee schedules and any annual fee schedule changes.
- You have excellent communication skills. You have the ability to be persuasive and credible with a wide variety of audiences both internal and external.
- You’re tech savvy. You’ve efficiently learned new software in the past, and you’re willing to learn HubSpot, Intercom, Slack, Coda and Excel if you don’t know how to use them already.
- You can maintain confidentiality and discretion in all communications with payers.
- You’re detail oriented. You understand the importance of strong attention to detail when completing group enrollment applications.Â
