Payor Portal Administrator

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Payer site administrator manages and maintains the appropriate access to payer web portals across the enterprise. They are also responsible for the holds associate with web access request. Remote opportunity available

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• All other duties as assigned.
• Maintains patient confidentiality according to Steward Medical Group and system standards.
• Obtains access to all payer web portals
• Maintains user access to the payer web portals
• Works system task associated with Web Access request from our vendor
• Responsible for the payer portal task
• Ensures that new providers are accessible through the pertinent portals
• Sets up the appropriate roles and permission for each portal
• Adds new users to the payer portals
• Enrolls for additional payer portal features as necessary
• Provides weekly update to management on portal activity

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-3 years of experience in an office environment required. Previous experience in healthcare preferred.
• High School Diploma required. Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize daily activities.
• Must have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office products required.
• Proficiency in navigating payer sites.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
