Typical Business Title(s): Payroll Administrator, Payroll Manager, Payroll Associate, Payroll DirectorDefinition: Ensurestimely and accurate delivery and accounting of salaries, wages, commissions, and incentive payments.Guarantees the generation of the company payroll, including labor distribution records, vacation and sick leave accrual, overtime and withholding status. Meets all government reporting requirements for payroll taxes, withholding and employer contributions. May calculate allowancespayment. Prepare employees' employees pay slips byusing payroll software. Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts (digital or paper).Level D1 is only for people manager. D3 applies broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education, it is typically an entry level role.May require the following proficiency:- Work is closely supervise- Problems faced are not typically difficult or comple- Explains facts, policies and practices related to job are- No people management, and may provide project coordination
