Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure payroll has proper calculation of wages and salaries
  • Create On demand checks as requested
  • Collaborate with Human Resources department to maintain accurate and up to date employee data
  • Monitor the payroll inbox resolving issues employees have with timesheets, pay slips and other payroll matters
  • Fulfill request that come through the mail such as, tax rate updates, VOE, EDD etc.
  • Monitor tax forms that come in from various states that have local and county tax
  • Change employee bank records when necessary to process payments accurately
  • Audit Retro payments
  • Assist with Armanino foundation management
  • Audit manual inputs made by other payroll team members

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience managing email communication in a professional setting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or another Business-related field
  • Experience handling multi state payroll is preferred
  • Workday experience is a plus

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. Compensation Range for this position: $26.00-$33.00. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
