Payroll Administrator

Ciocca Dealerships is looking to add a Payroll Administrator to our growing team!

Setting: In-Office

Schedule/Hours: Monday-Friday, daytime hours

Pay: $20-$25 per hour

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Process high volume bi-weekly hourly/ salaried payroll for a specific region
• Calculate payable hours, commissions, bonuses, taxes, and deductions.
• Assist employees with clocking in/out, correct errors, and unlock accounts in ADP
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies
• Ability to keep track of time off policies and follow individual pay plans
• Review electronic employee timesheets on a weekly basis for accuracy
• Participate in special projects and dealership acquisitions

Requirements include but are not limited to:

• ADP experience preferred, but not required
• At least one years' experience with payroll processing
• Experience in multi-state payroll processing is a plus!
• Associates degree preferred, but not required
• Proficient in Excel and computer literate
• MUST project and maintain an extreme respect to company confidentiality
