Payroll Administrator

Your Role:
As the Payroll Administrator, you’ll be accountable for processing full cycle payroll in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring employees are paid in compliance with federal and state laws while adhering to the company policies and internal controls. Basically, you’ll ensure that employees are paid on time.
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll on a bi-weekly and semi-monthly basis for salaried and hourly employees
- Assist with equity payroll processing
- Transmit 401k and HSA contributions to third party providers
- Prepare and transmit payroll report to worker’s compensation provider
- Assist Accounting team with payroll reporting and queries as necessary
- Process expense reimbursements
- Process manual checks for terminations and adjustments as needed
- Respond to inquiries from employees regarding payroll related items
- Review timesheets to ensure they are submitted and approved for payroll processing
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in payroll
- Top-notch Excel skills and data analysis
- Strong familiarity with ADP WorkforceNow
Hourly Pay Range:
$30/hr to $35/hr, plus benefits and incentive plans
