Title: Payroll Analyst

Location: Atlanta, GA

Position Summary

This is an entry level Payroll Analyst position and will offer training and continuing education to support progression of a career within the Payroll Industry. This position works within the team to help support day to day activities such as payroll on-demand payments and payroll customer service. It also includes a variety of ad hoc responsibilities.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Assigning Service Now Cases
• Processing Off-Cycle exception payments
• Processing ACH Return Payments
• Processing Stop Payments
• Opening and Scanning Mail on a weekly basis
• Process Garnishment by submitting Garnishment tickets to external third (3rd) Party Vendor and other garnishment related activities.
• Monitor US Payroll Mailbox
• Perform Various Payroll Processing Audits
• Resolving Overpayments
• Process Verification of Employment
• Submit Union Dues Payment
• Perform third party vendor reconciliation for Garnishments
• Provide highest level confidentially when handling and/or reviewing private information such as; social security numbers, banking account information, W-2 information, etc.
• Meet all deadlines as needed to complete the payroll process.
• Stock Option and Restricted Stock (U.S.)
• Immediate Pay States

Qualifications

• Bi-Lingual Spanish/English preferred but not required.
• Ethical conduct, thoroughness, detail-oriented, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong time management skills, and customer-service orientation.
• Good skills in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), proven strong organizational skills, and an ability to effectively prioritize in a high volume, multi-task environment.
• Ability to use logic to solve difficult problems quickly by separating relevant and irrelevant information; establishes facts, obtains all pertinent information before making decisions.
