The impact you will have in this role:

Being a member of the Payroll team, the Payroll Administrator is responsible to ensure the accurate and timely payroll processing of our US bi-weekly payroll. The Payroll Administrator should be highly organized, detailed oriented and work well under pressure. The role will perform an ongoing review of existing policies and procedures and when necessary, provide recommendations for process improvements. You will also work closely and collaborate with our Human Resources, Finance and Tax teams.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

• Provides payroll administration support for our US payroll operation.
• Processes garnishments and Income Wage Withholding orders.
• Prepares net payroll, payroll tax and savings plan funding wire requests for manager approval.
• Respond to payroll related employee inquiries.
• Monitor internal controls to ensure integrity of the Payroll Administration processes are maintained.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Payroll Analyst, Payroll Coordinator or Payroll Administrator
• Associate's degree required
• FPC is preferred but not required

Talents Needed for Success:

• Experience with automated payroll software applications (Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, Workday)
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Intermediate level Microsoft Excel skills preferred
• Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential material

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
