Summary:

Join our dynamic Payroll & Benefits Department as a Payroll Analyst, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of both US and International payrolls. As a key team member, you will collaborate with various departments to process payroll efficiently while adhering to regulatory compliance. Please note that this role can be performed remotely or in a hybrid work environment from our office in Santa Monica, CA or Phoenix, AZ.

Key Focuses:

• Processes the US bi-weekly payrolls for multi-state salaried, hourly, and commissioned employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct thorough reviews and reconciliations of payroll data to identify and resolve discrepancies proactively.
• Handle day-to-day manual check processing as final payments for employees in states with immediate pay requirements.
• Collaborate closely with HR, benefits, commissions, and accounting teams to obtain timely and accurate information for payroll processing.
• Manage monthly UK payrolls, ensuring international payroll processes are executed smoothly and aligned with local regulations.
• Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to payroll matters, demonstrating exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Assist in processing special payrolls, including equity, bonus, and year-end adjustments, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedure documents to streamline payroll processes and ensure consistency.
• Actively participate in payroll-related projects and initiatives. 
• Additional tasks as designated.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience processing multi-state payrolls in a fast-paced environment
• In-depth knowledge of payroll-related laws and regulations
• Proficiency in ADP WorkforceNow, ADP SmartCompliance, Google Workspace, and advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving work environment, adapting quickly to changes and priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

• APA Certification(s)
• Experience with Fidelity PSW and JPMorgan
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $77,500 - $115,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations. Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
