THE POSITION
• The Payroll Analyst is responsible for Payroll Accounting, general ledger posting/ analytics, and month end reporting with the controlling organization. In addition, the Payroll Analyst plays an active role in payroll data processing, system testing, and internal/ external compliance audits. The Payroll Analyst is responsible for Project Management for cross functional projects with HR/IT/Finance related to process efficiency and M/A activity.
Payroll Accounting:• General ledger postings/ analytics• Month end GL /Headcount/Census reporting• Intercompany billing• Payroll Reconciliations
Payroll Processing:• Tax Equalization entries for large expatriate population• Employee overpayment management• Year-end reconciliations/ employee data audits• Payroll system testing• AdHoc reporting as needed• Tax Incentive analytics/ quarterly calculations/ audit
Project Management:• System upgrades/ enhancements• Process improvement initiatives/ automation• Merger and Acquisition activity• Payroll Integrations

Job Requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years of payroll processing experience• Bachelor's Degree• Advanced Excel skills• Demonstrated Analytical experience• Legal Authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas for this job opening • Relocation is offered
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years of payroll processing experience with a degree• 1-2+ years of relevant Accounting experience• High volume payroll processing in a multi-state/ EIN environment• SAP Payroll Processing and Reporting• Ability to analyze large amounts of complex data in excel• Project Management experience with large cross functional projects
