The Harley-Davidson Motor Company Corporate Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI is the site where the first H-D factory - a wooden shed - was built in 1903 in the backyard of the William C. Davidson family home. Join our team as a Payroll Analyst - Hybrid.

Job Summary

The Analyst Payroll is a key role within our HR Service Center team. This position is primarily responsible for executing payroll processes and transactions, while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness. This position acts as a point of contact regarding employee payroll questions and issues as well as executing administrative duties related to payroll activities.

Job Responsibilities• Responsible for processing payroll, ensuring accurate calculation of wages, tax withholdings and deductions• Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates• Research and respond to employee payroll questions and issues with a focus on customer service• Deliver and analyze reports a needed• Monitor, track, and assist in the research/resolution of Unemployment Rate changes and Tax Notices• Assist in processing wage garnishments, liens, in accordance with federal and state laws.• Follow policies and procedures; develop and/or recommend new or revised procedures for improving the overall payroll department• Maintain and protect payroll operations with integrity and confidentiality• Perform other duties and special projects as requested

Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Experience Requirements• Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience, including Payroll Tax• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills• Strong detail and organizational skills• Ability to effectively plan and manage multiple tasks• Strong ethics, integrity and confidentiality skills• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment• Ability to be a self-starter with proven initiative to meet deadlines• Strong verbal and written communication skills

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
