Team Description

The LAC Payroll team is looking for a Payroll Analyst. As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to work with different LAC countries and People teams across the Globe.

The Payroll Analyst performs payroll-related functions, including processing payroll for LAC countries, taxes, payroll reporting in a multi-site & high-volume environment, whiles provides exceptional customer service. Generally, works on assignments that are routine to moderately complex in nature.

Role and Responsibilities

• Under direct supervision, responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative payroll related tasks and payroll processing activities.
• Ensures payroll is processed with speed and accuracy.
• Also responsible for loading BPS changes (sick insurance, maternity, paternity, children's deduction, other deductions for income tax purposes).
• Bank accounts maintenance
• Reporting Support
• Answer employee´s questions about salaries and tax. Escalates non-routine inquiries and issues to other Payroll Analysts
• Research employee and organizational data within the company and performs other general support and administrative functions as needed.
• Assists with related special projects as required.

Qualifications and Education Requirements 

• Studies in Administration, Accountancy or related education will be highly valued
• 1-3 years of experience in Payroll or administrative roles.
• Advanced in written and spoken English to understand and follow written and verbal English instructions
• Experience using Excel
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Customer Service skills & Very good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Ownership of results & Proactive attitude
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Teamwork
