Position Summary:
Renovo is looking for a Payroll/HRMS Supervisor local to the Chicagoland area. This individual will report to the
Chief Human Resources Officer with a dotted line to the Controller for payroll deliverables. In this role, the team
member will have primary responsibilities of all payroll, management of employee data & expansion of modules
in ADP Workforce Now, and onboarding / offboarding of team members. Responsibilities include but are not
limited to:
Payroll Administration:• Timely and accurate preparation, review, and submission of payroll as required for semi-monthly payroll processing schedule• Calculate commissions for payroll and submission to Controller for approval and review• Address employee's pay-related & PTO questions and provide accurate information• Complete requests for pay-related documents• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to payroll and employment• 401k administration and recordkeeping• Set up multi-state tax ID accounts for state and local taxes, and workers comp insurance.• Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing and accounting systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other required deductions• Set up and create new office locations in ADP• Maintain employee files and payroll records in ADP
HRMS and Onboarding/Offboarding:• Process new employees changes and terminations through ADP system• Interact with ADP as required• Ensures accurate and timely processing of new hires, terminations, and changes to team member data• Ensures the accuracy of all benefits enrollments and changes within ADP and vendors/partners • Assists team members with day-to-day questions during their employment, onboarding, &
offboarding• Responds to benefits inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes and other general inquiries.• Audits HRIS entries, payroll information, and reports as required to ensure accuracy of data and compliance requirements.• Maintain and update organization charts, including the preservation of historical data.

Ideal Candidate:• Proficient with ADP payroll service & ADP Workforce Now HRM• CPP certificate (Certified Payroll Professional)• Local to Chicagoland area, able to commute to office minimum 2x a week• Bachelor's degree and/or related HR payroll and benefits experience of 5+ years• Has experience supporting employees in multiple states• Proactive and strong ability to anticipate needs.• Ability to foster and cultivate relationships / thoughtful and forward thinking• Strong organizational skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities• Articulate, poised, leads with a sense of urgency• Experienced in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel)• Ability to work independently and institute improvements that increase workflow
