Payroll Assistant

The HR team is continuing to expand in London. We are searching for a Payroll Assistant to report into our Senior Payroll Specialist, supporting the coordination and processing of the monthly payroll.

Your future role within QRT:

• Prepare the monthly payroll submissions for the UK, Denmark and UAE (with scope to take on additional jurisdictions in the future)
• Reviewing output payroll data and liaising with our payroll partners to perform any corrections that may be needed
• Performing data reconciliations on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Keeping up to date with legislative changes within the industry
• Answering day-to-day employee payroll queries
• Assisting in projects for automation and payroll process improvement

 Your present skillset:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Excel skills and comfortable using VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP
• 2-3 years' experience in the end-to-end processing of payrolls
• Good knowledge of expatriate and cross border worker payroll and Workday is a plus
