Pei β thereβs plenty of natural light, open space with a co-working vibe, an in-building gym, calming yoga and meditation studio and an indoor tree spanning 3 floors.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:Β
Scanning
β’ Filing
β’ Shredding
β’ Review timecards
β’ Review employee timecards to clarify any punch discrepancies
β’ Communicate with T&A Supervisors to obtain timecard approvals
β’ Communicate with Managers to process outstanding time off requests
β’ Download all payroll reports
β’ Maintain payroll files for two entities
β’ Maintain payroll information.
β’ Update payroll records by reviewing changes in exemptions, job titles, and department transfers
β’ Maintain employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential
β’ Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
β’ Perform related duties as assigned
