Requirements

About the role

We are looking for a Payroll & Compensation Specialist to help support the continued expansion of our business. You will be accountable for managing all aspects of compensation for the APAC entities, including administering our employee share scheme at Rokt.

• Owner of payroll processing and local market compliance in APAC; a process execution specialist
• Partner with the business in employee onboarding and offboarding, contract reviews, policy reviews and implementations
• Expense reimbursement processing across the group
• Execution of bonus and commission processing and compliance
• Administration of the employee share scheme
• Work with Support Operations function to streamline processes and ensure operating with efficiency and accuracy
• Support ERP and technology upgrade projects related to payroll and expense reimbursements as required

• 2-4 years of payroll implementation and processing in the APAC region, special emphasis on Australia
• Experience with third party payroll vendors
• Experience with Workday is an asset
• Knowledge of payroll related tax and compliance laws in Singapore, Japan, and Australia
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Advanced Excel skills
