Job Overview
Under the oversight of the Payroll Supervisor, the Payroll Coordinator I will process biweekly payroll using the ADP system Enterprise HR and ADP TLM, eTime. He/She will manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely. Responsible for accurately maintaining, organizing, and auditing designated group of employees’ payroll. Create basic ad hoc reports utilizing ADPR. Monitor and review designated employee TLM time records and EV5 employee information.
Minimum Requirements
1. High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
2. A minimum of two years of payroll training and/or experience required.
3. Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred.
Compensation
$26.13 - $32.55 hourly
