Payroll Director

Ciocca Dealerships is looking to add an experienced Payroll Director to our growing team! This is an in-office setting at our Corporate Center in Allentown, PA.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Review and analyze all aspects of the payroll processes; recommend and implement updated policies and procedures as necessary
• Oversee processing of payroll account transactions/changes (e.g. salaries, garnishments, deductions, taxes, transfers, terminations, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies
• Liaise with auditors and manage payroll tax audits
• Respond to inquiries concerning payroll processing, and lead communication on payroll issues, deadlines, and other issues
• Collaborate with Human Resources (HR) and accounting teams
• Supervise and coach payroll staff

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• Proven experience as a payroll director or similar role
• Current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws
• Excellent understanding of multi-location and multi-state payroll and taxes
• Familiarity with ADP payroll software and MS Office
• Outstanding communication skills (written and oral)
• Organizational and leadership skills
