Payroll Information System Analyst

Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Payroll Information System Analyst to join Europe's largest airline group.

This is an important role as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300m guests within the next 10 years.

The successful candidate will work within our Dublin based European Payroll Team, where hard work, initiative and enthusiasm are part of the daily routine. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious candidate to work within a highly experienced Payroll team assisting in the preparation and delivery of in-house and outsourced payrolls.

The successful candidate should hold strong time management skills, attention to detail and an ability to work calmly under pressure. They must be able to work from their own initiative while being an integral part of our team.

This position provides an excellent opportunity to work with an experienced team gaining payroll experience within the Aviation Industry.

The duties include but not limited to;

• Support system integrations between HR and global payroll systems.
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies and errors within our system payrolls.
• Manage administration tasks essential to payroll processing monthly.
• Assist in the roll out and maintenance of payroll reporting system. Delivering ad-hoc reports to wider business users.
• Raise new system requirements, system enhancements and work with IT teams to deliver this.
• Participate in different payroll projects and other tasks as assigned by Head of Payroll.

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working in an IT/Payroll environment.
• A good understanding of HR and/or Payroll process is a prerequisite; you are accurate by nature and figures make you tick.
• Proven technical aptitude in use of HR/Payroll applications, at least to ‘super user’ level, with enthusiasm to learn and develop deep systems knowledge within a complex technical systems environment.
• A perfectly organized character, fast and flexible with an eye for detail.
• Solid communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive and independent, a team player by nature.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Candidates with SAP, Employee Central Payroll experience or as an end-user in SAP HCM will be at a distinct advantage.
