The Role

The payroll manager is responsible for overseeing the North America payroll cycle of 1400+ Employees to ensure accurate payroll preparation/processing and related responsibilities such as tax filing and reporting, benefits-records administration, and payroll systems maintenance.

What You’ll Do

Duties are to manage and oversee end-to-end payroll process to ensure accurate and timely execution of the monthly payrolls in the following countries: US and Canada within UKG.

• Manage and review monthly & semi-monthly payroll process
• Expert level knowledge of the US and Canada tax and social security landscape to ensure compliance with country-specific regulations.
• Experience of managing year-end payroll reporting requirements and taxation in accordance with US and International Payroll laws.
• Ensure all payroll inquiries from employees are resolved within SLA
• Partner with Total Rewards, HR, and accounting team to drive company-wide initiatives to achieve departmental goals

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of US & Canada and preferably multi-country payroll experience with EMEA & APAC region
• Experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) and CloudPay preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills!
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to navigate through ambiguity
