The Payroll Manager for MCO will be responsible for all things payroll across several of the companies within Regent's portfolio.
WHAT YOU’LL DO…

- Ensure payroll is processed in a timely and accurately on a weekly and bi-weekly basis.
- Proficient understanding in updating payroll records by reviewing changes for general employee profile set up and maintenance to include in pay frequency, minimum wage earnings, state/local coding, insurance deductions taxability & court-ordered deductions.
- Analyze current payroll and tax procedures in order to recommend and implement changes leading to best-practice operations.
- Identify measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance; relative to the goals of the system.
- Conduct testing of processes to evaluate quality of system performance as it relates to payroll.
- Manage regular preparation of relevant management reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports.
- Ad hoc reports/projects requested by corporate management team.
- Responsible for reconciliation and management of PTO policies.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
- ADP Workforce Now is a must.

- Expert level abilities in Microsoft Office computer programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Salary: $75,000+
