Job Description

BryceTech’s payroll manager will conduct all aspects of payroll functions, including, but not limited to, ensuring payroll is processed on time, accurately and in compliance with federal and state governance. 

• System experience with Paylocity (required)
• Multi-state payroll processing
• Leaves management
• State requirements PFL and Disability
• Payroll/GL deduction reconciliation
• Background in the GovCon sector
• Systems integration (HRIS/Financial/401k)
• 401(k) plan administration and audit experience
• Benefits administration

Qualifications

• Paylocity, Excel, BS in Accounting, 7+ years of experience in related field
• Senior level support with the understanding they will continue to process the payroll at BryceTech and not just oversee it.
