Our client, a well-established construction company, is seeking a Payroll Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
β’ Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all payrolls by coordinating the timing of processing with leadership, and analyzing all payroll data, and reconciling results
β’ Manage payroll processing including collecting and inputting data
β’ Ensure all employee data records are up to date including benefits changes, terminations, pay change, etc.
β’ Ensure payroll liabilities are accurate by reviewing the taxes including federal, state, local, SS, etc.
β’ Prepare tax reports for management
β’ Prepare and file all required tax reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
β’ Reviews and validates all payroll voids and adjustments
β’ Researches federal, state, and local tax law requirements and regulations and ensures company is in compliance
Qualifications:
β’ Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll
