Payroll Manager - LATAM

What will you be doing?
- Ensure that the team follow all procedures and policies in relation to partner and customer communication and interaction.
- Payroll process for all clients:
- Support the Geo team during annual leave and public holidays as required.
- This would include but is not limited to, end-to-end payroll process and CSP management between customers and partners.
- Support with the day-to-day payroll delivery for customers and partners as required
- Oversee client deliverables via payroll monthly operational calendar.
- CSP (Customer Support Platform) monitoring the number of tickets, first-time acknowledgements, and proper processing, in line with the SLA
- Work on issues escalated by customers or Customer Engagement Partners (CEP) directly to you.
- Direct Geo Team interactions to build relationships and provide consistent and reliable customer services.
- Oversee payroll reconciliations to include Payment and Tax Receipts processes:
- Validate with the Geo team, at the end of every month payments have been released, POP of payments posted, and receipts received.
- In the instance where receipts are not provisioned until the following month, you maintain the responsibility to provide receipts.
- Anytime receipts are not provisioned - this MUST be escalated to the partner team immediately by you, where the receipt is applicable only.
- It is expected to work your own initiative, maintain your own task list, and identify additional items of work required, updating upper management regarding issues of conflict or priority.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience with operations at scale and delivering on defined metrics.
- You are a great communicator: you will have to inspire, motivate and lead a team in Payroll Operations.
