Payroll Specialist

Our client, a leader in the IT /software industry, is looking for a payroll specialist for a contract to hire opportunity the Dulles, VA area. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience processing high volume payroll utilizing ADP.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain payroll information
• Resolve payroll discrepancies
• Assist with payroll duties (to include administrative and data entry)
• Responsible for handling all of the reconciliation and JE's for payroll

• 2+ years payroll processing experience (familiarity with ADP or similar payroll system)
• Excel proficiency
• Solid communication and problem solving skills
• Available immediately
