Payroll Specialist

MGR Accounting Recruiters, a Teamshares Network company, is searching for a Payroll Specialist for a client in San Antonio.

Do you enjoy processing a high volume payroll for multi-state locations? Are you seeking a Hybrid schedule of working 3 days remote and 2 in office? This role maybe for you!

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing payroll for all employees in a timely and accurate manner. The ideal candidate will have experience with Workday, reconciling, and processing payroll.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for all employees in a timely and accurate manner
• Reconcile payroll with general ledger accounts
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports
• Answer employee questions about payroll
• Administer payroll deductions and garnishments
• Update employee information in Workday

Qualifications:

• High volume payroll processing experience
• 3+ years of experience in payroll processing
• 3+ years proficiency in Workday
• Strong math and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
