MHI Shared Services is the division that does all of the payroll for the different us entities run by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries who are the industrial division of Mitsubishi.

Tell me what is going on and why is the role open?

This is replacing Sylvia. She was running the Paylocity payroll. That's the main system they would like. As far as ADP, they have one payroll run on Vantage but that is covered and the rest are WFN. Polly doesn't think anyone with ADP can learn the other ADP systems but for this role would ideally like Paylocity.

What is this person doing on a day-to-day basis?

• Answering questions from HR. They are shared services so not really dealing directly with employees.
• Help load pay cards
• Assist in some payroll tax
• Running smaller payrolls - not too complicated
• Will be 500+ EE's on a biweekly basis.

What are the 3 main requirements for this role?

• Multi-state payroll experience
• Paylocity, ADP would be a second choice
• They want someone with a similar background as Mozell who we placed there

$32/hr. will send higher at this point. $35/36
