Location: Cincinnati, OH or Remote

Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days at home weekly

Job Summary
The position will be responsible for Full Cycle payroll processing for a growing healthcare tech company. This position will require someone with the ability to independently prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously. The position will work closely with the Payroll Manager to serve employees’ needs on a timely basis on all matters related to payroll.

What You’ll Do

• Monitors the payroll inbox to provide timely customer service to employees, and timely processing of information related to the payroll cycle.
• Communicate with various external and internal partners, as needed. Assists with internal, external, and statutory audits as needed.
• Completes employment and pay verification from third-party companies.

What We Need

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience
• Microsoft Excel experience
• Payroll software experience
• Project Management experience

Desired Qualifications

• Payroll processing experience with medium sized businesses
• Advanced Microsoft Excel experience
• State and/or local tax experience
• Paycor preferred
