Shift: Full-Time
Compensation: $16-18/hour depending on experience

Position Summary:
The Payroll Specialist is a key player in making sure our employees are all compensated accurately each pay period. They are passionate about payroll, reliable with meeting deadlines, detail-oriented, and excited to learn and grow!
Essential Duties:
- Process weekly and bi-weekly payrolls within designated time frames
- Ensure all appropriate payroll processes are completed and accurate prior to payroll submission and finalization
- Effectively audit PTO for company employees by working with the Field HR leaders to ensure accrual balances are accurate
- Process HSA and 401k payments
- Process commission payroll for our sales organization
- Assist Payroll Manager in understanding overall payroll impact for employees
- Effectively communicate with field leaders to resolve payroll concerns or issues
Minimum Qualifications:
- Payroll experience preferred, but not required
- Experience and ability to meet daily and weekly metrics
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Regular periods of sitting or standing may be required by this position. In addition, this position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
