Your Role and Responsibilities

A sneak peek into this role:

As a member of our German Payroll Team you will be responsible for to following tasks:

• Timely and accurate processing of Payroll: all process steps are performed accurately and as per the agreed Payroll calendar
• Ensuring all back-up documentation is stored as per the IBM and legal record retention rules
• Compliance to business controls requirements
• Handling employee queries in a timely manner
• Supporting projects and process improvement initiatives

• Proof of Criminal Backround Check

• Payroll experience is an advantage
• Accounting experience is an advantage
• Advanced MS Office skills are also an advantage
