The role at a high level:

We looking for a talented Customer Support Specialist (also known as Payroll Support Specialist) who loves solving tricky problems and diving into fascinating (well, most times!) subjects like payroll and HR tech. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for clients with payroll inquiries that need more than the usual 10 to 15 minutes of Product Support. You'll also tackle any app-related issues that mess with payroll, making sure everything runs smoothly and accurately.

Got a solid foundation in payroll knowledge? Great! You'll use it to guide clients confidently to various government bodies when needed. Plus, you'll support our sales and onboarding teams, reporting directly to our Head of Customer Success.
