Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Payroll System Analyst located in Austin, TX.

Reporting to the Senior Shared Services Payroll Manager, the Payroll System Analyst role will be responsible for providing technical expertise to identify, evaluate and develop systems and procedures that are cost-effective and align to the goals and values of Flex. This role will be eligible for a hybrid work schedule.

What a typical day looks like:

• Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions to improve overall operations for all payroll functions and process efficiencies
• Execute UKG & Workday IT projects
• Work on complex issues where research of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
• Plan and schedule project deliverables and monitor progress to successful closure

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Payroll system administration experience
• In-depth knowledge of Kronos, UKG and Workday
• Ability to interpret interface files and the logic behind API's
• Experience in a global, corporate, payroll function preferred
