EQ is looking for an experienced US Payroll tax specialist to assist with the following:

• Research and resolve number of complex issues with respect to State payroll tax compliance resulting from the merger of two businesses including registrations, transfers and closures of accounts
• Work independently with our external consultants PwC and OSV in payroll tax compliance projects to resolve ongoing issues
• Review and rectify Workday set up to identify payroll tax set up issues
• Review existing processes and establish best practice steps in relation to payroll tax compliance
• Resolve outstanding payroll tax related cases with third party payroll provider OSV

Experience

• US Payroll Tax Compliance experience
• Experience in mergers / transfers / closures related to payroll tax compliance 
• Ability to work independently
• Significant experience in US Payroll tax compliance matters particularly to do with mergers / transactions
• Experience in Workday payroll preferred

Compensation: $60.00 - $65.00 hourly
