We’re looking for an ambitious Customer Success associate to join our team of Property & Casualty experts! Our team is looking to build upon the incredible foundation and culture we’ve created by taking our product vertical and unprecedented client experience to the next level! 

Base salary for a successful applicant in this role is expected to be $40,710-$49,600 per year. This role is also eligible for monthly performance incentives. Employees at Policygenius can also expect generous benefits. Final offer amounts are determined by factors such as location, experience and expertise.

In this role, you will…

• Work collaboratively with your peers to continue to build out our rapidly expanding Property and Casualty insurance product vertical
• Ensure a seamless and transparent customer experience with regular status updates and an emphasis on customer retention via phone, email, and SMS 
• Master workflows while navigating insurance carrier websites and our proprietary CRM software, and take the wheel when troubleshooting and proposing solutions
• Address customers’ questions about the P&C insurance buying process which can include (but not limited to) answering questions related to applications, policy changes, and renewals
• Coordinate with insurance companies to efficiently communicate our clients’ needs
• Adapt and contribute to regularly evolving processes to improve individual/team efficiency 

Need to have

• Willingness to obtain a P&C insurance license

We’d love to hear from you if...

• You have 2+ years of customer service experience and including call center experience
• You possess a positive attitude, effective problem-solving skills, and passion for helping clients
• You're a collaborator with a strong teamwork mindset – you take ownership of your work AND your team's success
• You're an excellent communicator, both verbally and written, with internal and external stakeholders 
• You have strong attention to detail and self-management
• You thrive and are excited by the prospect of working in a fast pace and consistently evolving environment
• You’re comfortable with working a flexible schedule
