PC&L Analytics Intern

This position is part of our Production Control & Logistics (PC&L)

Summary:

Aptiv's PC&L Analytics Internship Program is designed to develop Aptiv's next generation of leaders. Our Analytics Team turns raw data into critical knowledge to guide our stakeholders with reports, visualizations, dashboards, and predictive analytics. This is an exciting role which requires a high level of understanding around data structures and visualization, and someone who can interface with cross-functional data stewards.

Responsibilities:

PC&L internship positions provide the participants with a wide breadth of experience into all functions across the PC&L organization, including:

• Inventory
• SIOP / Planning
• Finance
• Logistics
• Supplier and Customer Development

Must Haves (Basic Qualifications):

• SCM/Engineering majors preferred with a min GPA of 3.2 (on a 4.0 scale)
• Practical experience in Data Analysis and/or Supply Chain Management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Understanding of relational database structure, processes, and translation skills (e.g. SQL)
• Strong data presentation skills. Able to compile and summarize data from different systems and summarize into a presentable format.
