PD Operations Administrator
Job Description
PD Operations Administrator:
As an Administrator for Operations for the Professional Development team, you will be supporting all training activities conducted by 200+ consultants for our customers across the US. You will be responsible for coordinating with trainers and sales reps, as well as managing training records at all times. Successful candidates must have strong communication skills, business acumen, work ethics, time management, and a data mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Professional Development Operations Manager and the Scheduling Team
- Utilize internally developed Training Request tool to schedule consultants with clients across all states
- Ensure trainings are successfully scheduled on time with accurate information and all related parties informed
- Review Consultant Request Form notes to ensure that all required logistics are captured
- Schedule the most suitable consultants for each training based on consultant specialties and their availabilities
- Set up travel itineraries for onsite trainings and set up Zoom links for virtual trainings
- Ensure all training materials and digital demo account logins are readily available to consultants
- Manage Sales Rep and Consultant expectations and communicate scheduling constraints effectively
- Collect post-training feedback and forward information to the proper channels for better customer support and product/services improvement
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in Business Logistics or Operations Management
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or Hospitality preferred
- PC proficiency and utilization of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong ability to multi-task and operate under pressure
- Expert communicator who can foster change when needed
- Must be a fast learner and continue to improve
- Strong leadership skills to successfully interface and collaborate with multiple departments to achieve results
- Must be committed onsite at our corporate office full-time
